Harry had me enable the ability for all "Paid & Insured" members to be able to send email to all users thru the site. He's been using this feature to send you all emails.

See your navigation links in the bottom right of the screen - look under 'create content' and choose mail. Just fill out that form and choose what group of users you wish to send a message to.
